Why is it there not so much good music and movies playing like there was. It just seems someone just stop makeing good stuff today. Like the sports car doge charger its a 4 door and not a 2 door and like our food is made from fake stuff.Well today has its fair share of good stuff...i guess...but it almost seems as if everything has been invented already. Lack of originality...I wouldn't say there is no more good movies, they just might not receive the proper attention. The problem is MTV and the whole pop-culture bullcrap that is shoved down our throats. Movies of substance and quality aren't pushed, while movies with rappers, britney spears, and special affects are pushed.
Greed has killed the art, more money more money, and quick.
As for music, maybe i'm getting old or something, lol, or sign of the times.Yes...I agree. Sometimes the movie hits DVD weeks after the theater and they keep pumping out alot of films...Personally I
am getting bored with the war movies. People go to watch fictional events of the war but for entertainment but can't handle the reality of our country's situation. If you want to see the old stuff watch AMC they play the classics. Yes our chickens have hormones, and our kids are playing with toys made with lead paint from China. The Euro is kicking the dollars *** when in war time in WW2 people bought Treasury Bonds out of Patriotism...now they just want to see a high yield in their retirement portfolio. What happens when the dollar is a valuable as an old Russian Ruble or are we already there? A friend of mine got back from Egypt and said people there were turning their nose up at the USD and wanted Euros...40% higher in value . What the Hell is going on?I really didn't think that Hollywood had much hope in it left until I saw "Slipstream" a few weeks ago (Anthony Hopkins wrote, directed, composed the music for, and starred in it). It was likely the most brilliant film I've ever seen and absolutely unlike any other film out there.
